No do NOT use CCleaner. Ever since it was bought by Piriform it now has ad/bloatware and sometimes malware as their update servers get hacked apparently. Also their "cleaners" are only going to hurt you such as their registry cleaner which only destroys your system. As others said if you're running Windows 10 let Windows do its thing. CCleaner is crap. Why do you feel the need to use a cleaner? What problem are you trying to solve? Windows includes a Disk Cleanup utility already that deletes temp files Windows Update caches etc etc. That's worth running every so often.
