I never watched gay porn but I do spike when I see attractive men although it's not as strong as it used to be. My anxiety and obsessions in turn make me believe that I am attracted to men because of my reaction to them. Couple this is my low libido and it's a recipe for disaster.

 

Apparently thinking you might be trans is in itself a sign you are trans. A lot of trans women identify as gay men before realizing they are trans. I like to cook. I stumbled on a website called "turn me into a girl" that I assumed would be a gender swap photo filter - I was attempting to use it as reassurance.

 

I knew I wasn?t gay ..i knew all the sudden I wouldn?t get turned on by seeing a naked men..but however my hocd side would tell me all that what ifs and I knew even if I get one of those ?what was the demon attack??..you ?.

 

For example: QUESTION: What if I'm gay? I just had a gay thought about that woman. Non-theraputic response: I know I'm not gay because I've only ever been attracted to men. Theraputic response: Maybe I'm gay maybe I'm not. I'm going to live with the uncertainty of not knowing for sure. I'm not giving into you anymore.

 

If someone is gay they usually will never have had sexual attraction to the opposite sex. For me I thought for awhile that I simply could have been asexual simply because I never was attracted to women but I didn't really find all that many men attractive and fit a lot of stereotypes to conclude that I was gay.

 

Homosexuality is becoming more acceptable it is not a choice and even animals are gay. If you are attracted to other men and you know it and don't just fear it then you are gay. However if you are in the closet you likely have had gay thoughts as long as you can remember thinking about sex with understanding of what sex really was.

 

However yesterday I just discovered in his Internet search history he has been watching lot of adult websites and all but one is about gay people. he even had search on Google about what gay men eat etc. Is he going to grow up to be a gay and if so what should I do make it stop?

 

I continue gay habits such as masturbating and thinking about muscular/more masculine men. At the same time I like women like being around them more than guys and want to have an romantic/sexual relationship with a girl. Clearly I'm very conflicted and it makes things very difficult for me when trying to have relationships.

 

Re: Are gay men more likely to have HPD? by minotauros » Mon Dec 17 2012 5:26 am In my personal experience I've found this to simply not be the case. I've met more straight men who fit the diagnosis than gay men. Live life by the horns or die wishing you had.

 

Most gay men I know are extremely narcisistic be it in a more benign form or not. BPD runs in my family and literally all of the men who exibhit strong BPD symptoms are gay and have been since childhood (I grew up close to most of my cousins) so I think that exclude an environmental development theory there greatly I guess.
