I have been switched over to Google Workspace and now I can't use the custom templates I created. They say "From Templates Libray" but I can't open and use them the way I could a couple of days ago. How can I solve this?

It's standard dummy text that's used as a placeholder in templates (not just Google's templates but all templates). There's nothing wrong at all with your document or language settings so please don't attempt to adjust that -- it won't do anything and is completely unnecessary.

 

There is an option to import theme but no export! I created a theme in theme builder but it's only showing when editing the base slide doc in theme builder. The themes at right do not include the new theme and I need to make it easy for my team to use. How do I get it to show in the list of themes at right? How do I export so I can share with my team? Right now it's hidden in Theme ...

How do I change a theme's colours in Docs? I am using the Project Proposal template (tropic) in Docs and want to change the colour palette/scheme from the default (tan mint orange and brown) to other colours of my choice. I tried finding an answer through this community but the closest I found was changing the theme colours in Slides.

Manually create a Google Docs template in your cloud file system and use it as described in Use an existing template.
