Here?s how to remotely log out of Outlook on every device by using your Microsoft account security settings. This walkthrough shows you how to ensure no old devices stay logged in.

 

You *can* log out of Outlook on all devices at once ? but not where you think. Here?s exactly how (and when) it works in Outlook 365 2022 and web plus what fails silently on iOS and Android.

 

This step-by-step guide will walk you through how to log out of Outlook on any device including Microsoft Outlook 365 the Outlook app and Outlook Web. We?ll also show you how to remotely log out of Outlook from all devices and fix common logout issues.

 

Select the option "Get started on the Advanced security options section". Below you will see "Sign me out". It states that it will take 24 hours to sign out of your account from all devices > Select Click Sign me out. After 24 hours you will be signed out of all devices you will need to sign back into your devices.

 

Sign in to your Advanced security options on your Microsoft account security dashboard. Scroll down to Sign out everywhere and select Sign out. Signing out may take up to 24 hours. Avoid staying signed in on a public computer. Manage devices used with your Microsoft account.

 

If you need to sign out of your Outlook email account the steps to log out are slightly different depending on whether you're using the Outlook mobile app Outlook.com or the Outlook desktop app on your PC or Mac.

 

Sign in to your Microsoft Account: Go to the Microsoft Account security page. Sign out everywhere: Look for the option to "Sign out everywhere". This action will log you out of all devices where your Outlook account is currently signed in.
